Both. You get a primary engineer who knows your environment plus the wider team for cover and depth. Holiday and after-hours never become your problem.
Can you take over from our existing IT provider?
Yes — that's most onboardings we do. We've got a tight 30-day transition runbook: discovery, documentation, handover, then a clean cutover with zero gap in support.
What's the smallest team you'll work with?
